We do a monthly drop of several one of a kind products.

Our rave braids are made out of a custom mix of synthetic hair (kanekalon), silky synthetic hair, and hair tinsel. Because of this mix of hair types, some braid sets are thicker because the hair may be more textured, while others might be smoother or silkier. The type of hair is listed in each product description. We sometimes add in additional charms, ribbons, beads, and details to each set, which will also be listed in the product description.

There are multiple ways to wear rave braids. You can wear one as a ponytail, two in high or low pigtails, or wrap some extra strands to create space buns in addition to the pigtails. For thicker/heavier sets of hair (usually $100) made of yaki-textured hair, an extra section of unbraided hair is provided with each bundle so you can wrap it around the base of your ponytail/pigtails (to hide the elastic) or braid into your own hair if you'd like. For the silky rave braid bundles, the two outside braids are basic 3-piece braids with long tails so that one can be braided into your own hair for seamless integration and one can be wrapped around the ponytail base.

Yes! Our braids are made to withstand the strongest headbanging. Each set of braid bundles is attached to a seamless elastic to prevent snapping of the primary elastic. If you expect to put your braids through some serious partying, we recommend using bobby pins to secure your braids after tying the primary elastic around your hair as many times as possible. Rave braid sets should last you multiple wears and many events.

The hair used in braid sets is anywhere from 44-52 inches in length. After braiding and wrapping around the elastic, the braids can be anywhere from 18-25 inches in length. Each set is slightly different but the two braid bundles in one set will be matching.

Each set purchased will contain two "bundles" of braids - enough to accessorize pigtails. Some sets will rarely be made for one ponytail and only contain one "bundle" of braids (one elastic) but it will be noted in the description of the product if this is the case. On each bundle/elastic, there will be anywhere from 5 to 10+ braids, depending on the style.

Each rave "bundle" (one elastic) made from yaki/textured hair weighs about 150-180 grams, depending on the style. The silky rave braids weigh 100 grams per elastic/"bundle".

Unfortunately we do not restock premade rave braids and flower crowns because our designs are meant to be one of a kind. We do make some similar styles but will post them as unique products and will not make the exact same design twice.

You can use the extra hair provided to wrap around the base of your ponytail/pigtails or braid into your own hair. There is no need to use heat to style the premade rave braid bundles. The hair tinsel does not handle heat well. If your rave braid ends become messy from wear, you can use hot water to treat the ends in between festivals and restore the smoothness. Do not use hot water on any braided portion -- just the ends of the braids. You can use hairspray on the rave bundles if you'd like but it will affect the texture/feel of the synthetic hair.
